Shipping and delivery

Every order is packed by hand in Minnesota and ships within 3 business days. Your item arrives on a Tell Your Friends Studio backer card, sealed in a clear protective sleeve and packed in a padded mailer, so it shows up scratch-free and ready to gift.

Shipping method and cost: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: United States only for now. International shipping may be added later.

Holiday shipping: From mid-November through December, please add 2 extra days to processing time. For Christmas delivery, order by December 12. After that we’ll still ship as fast as we can, but can’t promise it arrives in time.

Delays and lost packages: Weather and carrier delays can happen once a package leaves our hands. If your tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days, or it says delivered but you can’t find it, email tellyourfriendsstudio@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date. we’ll check with USPS and then send a replacement or a refund.

Address check: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the new shipping cost.
