Thanks for shopping with Tell Your Friends Studio! By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them as human as possible.

Who can order: You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Fan-made designs: All designs are original artwork by Tell Your Friends Studio, inspired by fandom and pop culture. We’re an independent shop and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any show, network, studio, author, or creator.

Our designs are ours: Our artwork, product photos, and shop content belong to Tell Your Friends Studio. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell our designs. Pricing: You pay the price shown at checkout. Prices may change, and limited designs may not restock. If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders we may cancel: We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, an item sold out, or there’s a pricing error. If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.

Product care and safety: Keychains and pins contain small parts and pins have a sharp back. They’re accessories, not toys, and are not intended for children under 3. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and small variations between pieces are normal.

What we’re responsible for: We stand behind our products as described in our Returns and refunds policy. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we’re not responsible for how products are used after delivery.

When the unexpected happens: Weather, carrier delays, supply problems, or other situations outside our control can sometimes slow things down. If that happens, we’ll keep you posted and do our best to make it right.

Communication: We check email Monday through Friday and usually reply within 2 business days.

Be kind: We’re a small studio run by real people. We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive or harassing.

Disputes: If something goes wrong, email us first. We’d much rather work it out together. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Updates: We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
